At Idhani, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Every piece is handmade in India using 925 sterling silver, moissanite stones, rhodium or 18K gold vermeil, and designed to be durable, skin-friendly, and timeless. To ensure your complete peace of mind, we provide a warranty on all jewelry purchases.

Warranty Coverage – 6 Months

• All Idhani jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
• This covers manufacturing defects and visible colour fading (rhodium or vermeil plating).
• If any such issue arises within this period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

What is Covered

• Loose or fallen stones due to manufacturing fault
• Broken clasps, hooks, or chains due to defective workmanship
• Visible plating/colour fading within 6 months of normal usage

What is Not Covered

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or mishandling
• Regular wear and tear (scratches, dents, bends from daily use)
• Improper care (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or swimming pools)
• Jewelry that has been modified, altered, or repaired by someone other than Idhani
  

How to Claim Warranty

1. Email us at care@idhani.in or WhatsApp us at +91 982 160 6688 within the warranty period.
2. Provide your Order ID and clear photos/videos showing the defect.
3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
4. Once approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup (within serviceable areas) or guide you on self-shipping (with up to ₹150 courier cost reimbursed).

Resolution Process

• Inspection: Our experts will check the returned jewelry.
• Repair/Replacement: If covered, your product will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
• Re-Plating: For faded color (rhodium/gold vermeil), we will re-plate your piece once within the warranty period.
