At Idhani, we want you to be delighted with your silver jewelry. If your piece doesn’t fit or has a rare manufacturing issue, our exchange process is designed to be simple, fair, and stress-free.

Exchange Window – 3 Days

You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if your product doesn’t fit or has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Eligibility – Conditions to Qualify

Your item must:

  1. Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  2. Include all original packaging and inserts, such as:
  • Jewelry box
  • All cards and certificates (if any)
  • Invoice
  • Any free gifts
  • Gift stickers/wrapping

If any of these components are missing, your exchange request may be rejected.

What Cannot Be Exchanged

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Used, worn, or damaged jewelry
  • Exchange requests raised after 3 days of delivery

How to Request an Exchange

  • Email us at care@idhani.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your Order ID, reason for exchange, and clear photos/videos if applicable.
  • The Idhani Care team will respond within 24–48 business hours to guide you through the next steps.

Shipping Charges for Exchange

  • Free pickup for all approved exchanges within serviceable areas.
  • If your pincode is non-serviceable, you may need to self-ship. We will reimburse up to ₹150 courier charges once the exchange is approved.

Exchange Processing Timeline

  • Once your item is received and inspected (usually within 1–2 business days), your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS so you can stay updated.

When Exchanges Can Be Rejected

Exchanges may be rejected if:

  • Jewelry is used or damaged
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Exchange guidelines are not followed

In such cases, the product will be sent back at your cost.
