Where We Ship
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available yet—we’ll let you know when it’s live!
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS when your order is handed to our courier.
Estimated Delivery Time
Expected delivery window is 4–7 business days across most locations in India. If there’s an unexpected delay due to traffic, weather, public holidays, or logistical issues, our team will proactively reach out via email or SMS to keep you informed—no surprises.
Tracking & Updates
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also view your shipping status anytime through your Idhani account.
Missed Deliveries & Returns
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package is returned to our warehouse. We’ll contact you to schedule a re-delivery or process a refund, whichever you prefer.
Return Pickups
Initiate a return via our Return Policy page or by emailing us at care@idhani.in. Our courier partner will schedule a return pickup from your address within 2–4 business days after approval. Please ensure items are securely packed in the original Idhani packaging, unused and in excellent condition.
Delivery Issues
If your area becomes unserviceable—due to lockdowns, adverse weather, or other reasons—we’ll promptly inform you and coordinate for future delivery or process a refund.
