At Idhani, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care. While we strive for perfection, in the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged, wrong, or missing product, we’ll make it right with a simple and fair return process.

Return Window – 3 Days

Return requests can only be raised if the item is defective, damaged, wrong, or missing.

  • You must raise your request within 3 days of delivery.
  • A 360° unboxing video of the sealed package and full unboxing process is mandatory to validate the return claim.

Return Eligibility – Conditions to Qualify

Your item must:

  1. Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  2. Include all original packaging and inserts, such as:
  • Jewelry box
  • All cards and certificates (if any)
  • Invoice
  • Any free gifts
  • Gift stickers/wrapping

If any of these components are missing, your return may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for any product unless it is defective, damaged, wrong, or missing.

Raise Return Request

  1. Email us at care@idhani.in within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Attach your order ID and a 360° unboxing video clearly showing:
  • Untouched/original packaging
  • The full unboxing process

Refund Options – Customer’s Choice

  • Back to Source: Refund to the original payment method (typically 5–7 business days after approval).
  • Gift Coupon: Same‑day gift coupon of equal value so you can instantly shop again at Idhani.

Return Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong/Missing Items: Free pickup arranged by Idhani.
  • Non‑Serviceable Areas: Please self‑ship the item. We reimburse up to ₹150 only for approved defective,
    damaged, wrong, or missing cases after inspection.

Policy Enforcement

We take return abuse seriously. Non‑compliant or fraudulent claims will be rejected, and items returned at the customer’s cost. Excessive return behavior may result in restrictions on future orders.
