At Idhani, we strive to accurately represent our handmade sterling silver jewelry and moissanite stone designs. Please note that colors or sizes may slightly vary due to lighting, screen resolution, or the handmade nature of our jewelry.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on www.idhani.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Prices may change, but these updates will not affect any orders that have already been placed. We offer multiple payment options, including UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide free shipping across India for all orders. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link via email or SMS to keep you updated.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order anytime before it ships. If canceled before dispatch, your refund will be processed within 6 hours. If your order has already shipped, a refund will be initiated after the item is returned to our warehouse.

Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return window from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging and condition.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are available for sizing issues or manufacturing defects. Please submit exchange requests within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Policy: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed only after inspection. If the item is in original condition, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Warranty on Jewelry

We offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and visible colour fading on all Idhani jewelry. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care. For full details, refer to our FAQs and Warranty section.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on www.idhani.in, including product designs, images, logos, and written copy, is owned by Idhani. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of this content is strictly prohibited.
